Exchange Policy

Exchange policy is only applicable if the products meet either of the following requirements:

  1. Defective
  2. Sent Wrongly

Shop@Singpost only accepts exchange of items within seven days upon receiving of actual goods if the following conditions are met:

  1. Name and order no should be sent to shop@singpost.com stating that you would like to make an exchange.
  2. In the event if a product is sent wrongly, exchange is only applicable for the product initially ordered.
  3. If item received is defective, exchange is only applicable for the product ordered.
  4. Exchanging of goods is only valid once in the event when items are defective or sent wrongly.
  5. Exchanging of goods will only be shipped upon receiving items that are sent wrongly or defective.
  6. All postal expenses for sending item(s) back for exchange are to be bear by the purchaser.
